I call the front desk, tell them I am a Bonvoy Club member, and they say I have to be a 'Titanium level' member to get free water-for me it’s $2.50 per tiny bottle.

In my $200 room, not a single bottle of water. At the hotel no one is masked, not even the staff. Kansas City is a hotbed of Covid Delta variant. It arrives, driver unmasked, packed, with passengers also unmasked. At the airport, after 11pm, I call for the hotel shuttle.
